[T3D 1.1B1] Error in package generation..

I'm attempting to generate an installer using the stock Torque Packager, in the toolbox. Everything stages correctly, but then the script errors out with the following message:
The problem would appear to be that <TorqueDir> isn't defined correctly, but I'm not familiar with NSI script, so not entirely sure. I tried re-installing Torque fresh, but it did not fix the problem. I'm not sure if <TorqueDir> is supposed to be an environment variable, or some local variable defined elsewhere in script, or a registry setting.
I have verified that the executable getD3DXVER.exe *does* appear at the correct folder location both in my original install path for Torque and in the local version of it I'm using for the project.
I'd really like to use the installer, so any help here would be greatly appreciated.
