.pvr corrupt when rendered

Has anybody experienced corruption when rendering .pvr's on iphone with iTGB? I'm getting the same line of pixels repeated for the bottom half of my background sprite. The .pvr looks fine in the conversion tool, and if I run the game with the .png instead everything is fine. Any ideas?

My mistake - the source rect width and height are wrong
