@Jon: Caylo has a point. People want much more detail than just being told (by you) that you are an expert. Expertise is demonstrated, not stated, and one of the best ways to attract talent in the current Indie landscape is to show that you yourself have something to contribute to your project beyond just the idea. If you have money to fund such a venture, that is all well and good, though I would suggest stating more facts about just what you can bring to the table, and qualify your statement on payments (people usually do not appreciate a person dangling that kind of info on payments, only to find out later that the information is just the usual profit-sharing/royalty thing- be up front with how you want to pay for things and people respond positively to that).

If anyone is interested in this job please contact me :) directly.
I will not give detail here for fear of someone beating me to my idea.
I do have a well thought out plan and just yesterday I came up with the idea of using 3 client software's.
Client viewer for one of them. Thanks for your insight guys!

Sorry to say, but ideas really don't mean squat- and I'll tell you why: Take myself for instance- I have one contract I'm working on, one I'm negotiating, and one personal project which happens to be an MMO. I also have ideas for a serial 2D/3D single player episodic RPG set in contemporary times (posted the story up here last year- ain't been "stolen" yet), a Homeworld-esque 3D space-based RTS, and 2-3 Facebook games.
As you can imagine, I don't really have room to steal anyone's idea (and honestly, I don't like most people's ideas because I like my own, which is why I got into making games instead of playing them). If I couldn't think up games, I wouldn't be able to make them. And likewise, if you can't make a game- no one cares if you can think them up. Ideas mean nothing, and those who have no creativity to come up with ideas won't be able to make yours if they stole it.
I created this thread a while back, and it's geared towards MMOs, but it really does apply to any kind of game. Take it to heart, but don't take it personal.

I don't have time for unrelated chit chat unless I know you face to face :)

If I had not posted anything at all, you would never have the opportunity to learn why no one replied to your JOBS posting.
Everything posted here by Ted and I, are indeed relevant as helpful teaching attempts for success in your endeavors.
And nothing personal, but you can not build a good reputation from fictitious credentials, and then get angry when your called out on it.
EDIT: Jon Scholl I would not have said anything more about this, but changing your account name right before authoring a post to blame your problems on others Ted and I is the same type of deception i pulled into question in my first post.

Jon Scholl(EDIT: its bigboy2119 now), you truly would find it more satisfying to spend some time experimenting with the Torque Engine and getting to know the Torque Community. You need a foundation of basic game industry and Torque knowledge before you can design and develop a successful Torque Engine base computer game.If I had not posted anything at all, you would never have the opportunity to learn why no one replied to your JOBS posting.

Virtual (adjective): having essence or effect but not appearance or form
An adjective's syntactic role is modifier for a noun or pronoun referent.
Virtual programmers could never be helpful for game development.
If your expert in virtual worlds friend also have Torque 3D experience, why not team together and attempt to build a simple "Sim" as an way to improve your knowledge about the world of Computer Game Development. The online forum community for Torque is exceptionally helpful and willing to answer any questions as you learn. The forum community for Torque also have many aspiring game developers under the age of 18, who are equally respected community members. Age is not a consideration of ability, or obstacle to credibility.
My assumption that you are a English language speaking person is evidence from the semantic function of sentence structures in your communication. Age assumption is based on the Pragmatic Implicature context of your communication. Google will teach you the meaning of unknown words.
