Does the Garage Game Logo have to be first?

In regards to showing the G.G. logo in the start up splash, doesn't it have to be first or can it be second. Also can it be grouped with other logos on the same screen?

So I guess part of my question is answered when it comes to "full-screen", but what about order?
So would it be ok to show my logo followed by G.G.? Also is there anything wrong with making a transition, like having it blurred and then focus into the logo?
Also in terms of full screen, can it be modified such that in the empty space there's something squeezed in? Technically the logo is not altered in any way, but something was squeezed in the empty space.

"(b) Licensee agrees to display a full-screen Torque 2D for the iPhone splash screen logo in the start up sequence of any product created and released with the Engine. This screen shall be visible for no less than two (2) seconds."So I guess part of my question is answered when it comes to "full-screen", but what about order?

This is the way i understand it.
A clever techniche to actually draw more attention to the detail you wish and still be EULA, is to add some small amount of animation to your detail, anything small and the game player viewing your gamer's brain is reminded to forget the last thing and move onto new details... The 2 Second Logo is actually a old and very clever hypnotic advertising techniche, in use all around you every day. So common to the way the human brain proses visual information its hardly hypnotic. But this is me on a side thought, and not the point of your question...
Typically, separate studies have shown no one notices the order or placements of logos as much as the logo itself...
EDIT: because some spelling and grammar mistakes change the meaning of what i was saying.

Your logo should be second. You should not distract the game view by adding extra details to the Original Game Engine Logo. This is the way i understand it.

It is perfectly reasonable, and none of my testing sample group thought less of the game because of it.
