Any more?
Westerns - Not one since the Lucasarts game. The V12 engine is tailor made for a six gun shootout. Stark landscape, tumbleweeds rolling through the town square. Large outdoor environments, Train holdups, ambushes, stage coach robberies.
Gangster movies - Not Boyz in the Hood, but 1920's and 1930's mobsters. Not one shooter has ever been made using this era. Yet, it is one of the most popular action genres ever in movies and TV. Cool music, silk suits, car chases, tommy guns. This one's my personal favorite.
Swashbuckler - Think pirates, three musketeers, robin hood. Nobody has even tried this one recently. Boarding actions, raids on silver trains, loot towns, rob from the rich, fight duels.
