[Wanted] 2D Artist for RPG-style multiplayer battle strategy game

I am a developer working on a RPG-style 2D battle game. I say it is an RPG-style game because the types of strategy elements involved in the game are similar to an RPG (magic, equipment, leveling etc). The style of animation I am looking to do is similar to what you see in castle crashers (shown here). That's the animation style. The art style I'm looking for is less playful and cartoony than castle crashers. In terms of art style, I'm looking for something along the lines of an updated Chrono Trigger (non-updated example here).
The game is going to be XNA / SilverSprite which is the Silverlight port for XNA. I am targeting web initially since I don't have a marketing budget and feel like social networking and the web is the best way for my game to be visible. I don't plan on releasing the game for xbox360 / Windows until after the Silverlight version is released.
The team currently consists of two developers and an audio person / composer. I am one of the developers.
I have been working on the game for about 8 months and I expect the game to take about another year. I am currently personally spending about 10 hours a week on the project.
I have been a professional developer for 10 years and so I have a lot of experience with completing projects and good software design. This game will be completed and will be stable and reliable.
Compensation: Ultimately I am looking for someone that is excited about working on a good game that will be completed and go live. I only really need an artist, but I would like someone that brings more to the table than that and, through personal investment, is willing to do artwork for the same reason the rest of the team works on the game; to see it completed and successful and take pride in a good finished product. That being said, of course you will be recognized in the game in the form of credits / acknowledgements and I may have some forms of compensation that I can provide if that's is something you'd rather do. I currently have about two hundred dollars I can spend on art which I definitely have to make go as far as possible. Even with the $ as it is not that much there will still have to be some personal sacrifice and willingness to help simply to be part of a successful project.
I'm really excited about this project and will be very ambitious in completing this project. Please contact me at omatase[at]gmail[dot]com with some sample artwork so that we can get started!
As an extra request, would anyone sending an email be kind enough to include information on the following categories of alternative payment with a 1-5 rating for how interested you would be in receiving that form of payment?
Thanks

Trade Work (1-5) (I code for you, you create graphics for me. I am also a professional web developer. I could build a nice site for your portfolio that could be a good investment for you as it is likely to lead to more work.)
Physical Goods (1-5) (computer components, video games, anything)
In-Game Recognition (1-5)
Creative Collaboration (1-5) (Meaning you help design other aspects of the game suchas gameplay. If the game becomes something we are all passionate about it may create a willingness to do some graphics without formal payment)
