VMWare Mac Fusion - Windows 7 - VStudio 2008 - Does not compile!

To Mac users, anyone can compile with this config?
I had a linking error compiling TGB 1.7.5 and ITGB 1.4 beta 2, I am not sure if its a problem with VMWare and VStudio that does not like compile under a VM.
