Sharing team partners

Hey

I got this ideia from reading the post below "Teams teaming up".., so my ideia was something like this.
In our project, we have a serious lack of skinners, so i was wondering if is there a team out there with a lack of an animator ?
This way, our animator would do some job for your team, and your team skinner would do some work for our team...
How does this sound ?
Anyone insterested ???

If you have a talented animator that knows how to export player models with no errors (we can do this, sure, but I'm looking for someone who can do it flawless), you can contact me and maybe we can work something out (I can deliver high quality skins).

He can make pretty good animations..,
Take a look at 3 samples here :

Press F2-F3-F4 to check diferent animations.
What file format are you talking about ?
Torque native format ?
Would the animations in MAX file would do ?

Is there any chane you've heard of Dark Basic Pro Bruno?

I saw a post just like this in the forums over there.
