Virtual World Project

Alright, I'm looking to find someone to help build me a virtual world that can possibly be accessed via the web (InstantAction) but also from a simple Client... and maybe accessed via the iPhone/iPad (even if just a minimalistic version).
I need someone who can model pretty much anything, and do AMAZING work. I'm a crappy 3d modeler myself, so i don't need someone who is on par or just slightly better than me - i need someone who makes me go "wow, nice". The models will be mostly Avatars (3D People), aka one man, and one woman avatar. They will look similar but with obvious differences (man and a woman). I'm guessing they will look "Teenish" in age, kind anime style, similar to IMVU.com avatars?
I also need a programmer who knows their way around the Torque engine. You will need to know how to network stuff together, and pretty much piece everything together that the 3D Modeler creates. One of the major ideas is to be able for people to change their clothing "in-world". So swapping out 3D models of shirts and pants and skirts and shoes and hats and hair in Real Time, so it updates across the world to anyone who is also on. Hope this makes sense. :) There's an in-depth document I'm working on to explain the job for this.
And I'm guessing I will need someone to animate the 3D, so basically just take the skeleton/default avatar for male/female and animate them to have custom animations (maybe hugs and high fives, walking animations, running animations, all the basics).
Combined with all 4 of us working together on this project, it should go pretty smoothly. Hopefully completed in 1 to 3 months, i'm on a budget but I have the money right now accessible to invest in this creation. I'll make sure it succeeds on my end (marketing / website maintenance).
After the project is up and running there will be even more opportunities later on to make money for upkeep of work you've done before (for all 3 of you). If all goes well this could turn into full time work for all 3 of you, or keep your freedom and just contract work for me. We'll just have to see how it goes.
Reply to this thread, or better yet just e-mail me at phil@veons.com - let me know about yourself, show me some past work, or at least detail what sort of work you've done before. I need to make sure I'm getting some really talented individuals.
Thanks for reading.
