how to play video on object, not on GUI

i tried to play video on object, such as play video on TV, but i can't. i searched it in the forum, but its results almost were posted before two years ago. such as: http://www.torquepowered.com/community/resources/view/9100
right now i can't find some head file, so it doesn't work for me.
my Torque version is: Torque 3D 2009 SDK 1.0.1

my professor bought those licenses for her project, and i am working for it. in this thread (http://www.torquepowered.com/community/resources/view/9100), i download the source code. when i compiled, it was failed. it can't find such as theoraplayer.h files. maybe it has different name in new Torque 3D version.

Why can't you find a header file? Who holds the license for the copy of Torque you have?
