Missing Resources

Just bought Torque3D and am very pleased so far with the engine. I'm currently working my way through the documentation, and in the precipitation one, it shows a drop down of heavy rain, dust and snow etc. On my engine it only shows heavy rain, and I seem to be missing other resources too. Any ideas?
