Modern House Mesh Pack!

I have modeled a bunch of house meshes for my project for the cities in my IS project but we are now using a different way of doing the cities so the houses we did for the project will not be used as we had planed. So I am wondering if people would be interested in our house mesh pack.
There are about seven houses each with four different textures including spec and normal maps.

What would be a good price for this type of mesh pack?

first the AO should be bakes with a ground plan in place and it looks like you fall off distance is far to large. Something is making a big dark streak right accross the 2 story house as well.
