3DS Data Error

Ok i got the exporter working it worked once but when i try exporter after that it gives me a error saying no data

As mentioned in numerous other locations on the site, most plugins from Max 2010 will load just fine in Max 2011. This includes the DTS exporters.

copy the DLE file into your plugins folder for any 32-bit install of 3DS Max 2011

I have the plugin installed correctly, but it does not export correctly as my models come out incomplete.
