Is there any reason why Torque 3D hasn't been added to Devmaster.net? I thought that this site was owned by GarageGames.

Torque (whatever incarnation) always gets the crap kicked out of it in unattributeable "peer" reviews.
Having said that, that is the website which put me on to TGE, as I figured that even with a gazillion reviews of "sux noes1 can maek gaem" there had to be a reason why it was getting so many posts.

Yeah there was even a thread a while back on Devmaster.net where they were talking about it being owned by GarageGames. The moderator even confirmed it.

Perhaps this is a situation where OWNED and FUNDED have important linguistic differences? Such as a silent partnership.

Well that's news to me. I'll double check this tomorrow.

Just my opinion, but I'm not a big fan of Devmaster.net. I think the idea of an engine database can be useful, but no matter what we do we are going to get a lot of jaded users of previous engines commenting on Torque 3D. Some have not even used an engine since TGE or TGEA Beta, so their comments and ratings will be misleading. I can even see users of rival engines posting just bring down our engine.
Maybe our new hire will have some insight and suggestions on combating that.
