How does upgrading work?

I have TGB 1.7.4, how do I upgrade? Buy it again?

Keep in mind that the Platformer Kit doesn't work with the newest version yet.

I believe Philip is still out of the country on vacation, but when he gets back, I'm sure he will post an update schedule.
