[Bounty] port melee resource to GMK / TGEA 1.8.2.

So it works with the GMK 1.2.8. and TGEA 1.8.2.
I tried it myself, but i keep getting this message in the console:
The fun thing is that the function is there and my .exe compiles without trouble. But the animations won't play because of this.
Afterwards i hope we can make a resource of this. :-)

scriptsAndAssets/server/scripts/weapon.cs : Unknown command setArmThreadPlayOnce. Object (2480) Player -> ShapeBase -> GameBase -> SceneObject -> NetObject -> SimObject
