Looking for investors in our company

I am founding director of Whimsical Illusions Ltd. you can find it listed in the house of companies.
Our company is situated in the UK and we are currently working on a MMO game. We are looking at a December BETA release.

We are looking for shareholders and selling shares priced at $2.00 each.

What benefits do shareholders receive?

- You form part of the company and help us grow.You get exclusive inside information, free game accounts etc.
- We pay you dividends quarterly per share you own.
- You can sell your shares back to us at any time making profits.

Each day we will email all shareholders providing information on the share price.

Generally, one produces a shareholder prospectus first... And maybe something other than a hotmail account...

Just some thoughts...

Thank you both for your comments. I do have a shareholder prospectus with all details that I can e-mail to anyone that is interested. I use a hotmail accoutn as I'm afraid my other accounts get spammed.
