Will somone direct me to the heavy testing center?

Will someone please tell me what the heavy testing server is? I can't figure it out will someone tell me out of the goodness of their heart?

I just put up a server called "Heavy Testing". Look for it in the server list. Soon, the changes in heavy testing will be migrating to all the servers.

Thanks I found and realised it I observed you can play as the ufo in it. Thanks for the help
