Anyone able to get me the "blue guy" in milkshape format (Resolved)

Searched for an hour or so, to no avail. Does anyone have or would anyone with Max be so kind as to export the blue guy to milkshape for me, a working version of the guy if that is at all possible. Would attempt it myself, but don't have Max.
Thanks

I noticed that none of the joints were assigned, the model is simple enough so it was easy to assign, however I still end up with exactly what you see above.
My first problem was with the model export scaling set to 0.1, it actually made all of the body pieces spread out and he just looked like a junk pile that was moving. Set the export scaling to 1.0 and it fixed that, but I am still left with what is above. Any help would be greatly appreciated, can send the file to anyone who would be willing to look at it for me.
Thanks

So no need to upload the milkshape screen shot, I compared it to a milkshape skeleton I had from the cd of an old torque book. everything looked and was named the same and appeared to have proper placement.I noticed that none of the joints were assigned, the model is simple enough so it was easy to assign, however I still end up with exactly what you see above.

Ok, i realized that my model in milkshape needed to be rotated 180 degrees on the y-axis, but now I am stuck with what you see below.

So I gave up on that, and just used the skeleton i had that was correct and the imported model to basically just redo the whole thing. Few subtle differences with how the model lines up, but pretty much the same. If anyone out there is still messing around with TGE and wants the blue guy in milkshape format let me know and i'd be happy to send it out to ya.

The model appears to be upside down at times, if you're in first person and running you see everything properly. However if you switch to 3rd person, your view goes below the current terrain. Not to mention that the model's limbs become severly mangled.
I'm guessing something happened to the bones with all the exporting/importing, however in milkshape everything looks proper. Will post a picture of my model in game and then in milkshape.
