[Bug 1.1Beta] Drop Object at Camera w/Rotation Broken

Actually there are two issues.
First, you have to have an object selected in order to change the "drop object" option. This doesn't make any sense since the options have to do with placing objects in general. If I place an object out of the library it uses these settings. So you should be able to configure them with no objects in your scene.
Second, Use the "at Camera w/Rotation" option appears to broken. It only updates the client, and not the server. So the result is a wonkly orientated piece of art that reports its rotation as "0,0,0". Until it is moved or updated by a gizmo.

The bug portion of this, dropping at Camera/Rotation not functioning, is confirmed as fixed for 1.1 Beta2. The rest of it is more a feature/usability request.
