Torque Orc and Starter Resources (Torque 2D)

Hello. I am obviousally very new to this engine and I have some questions about the legality of some of the things that come with this pack and some of the other packs.

Q1. Can the starter resources be used in games? I do not plan to sell these games, but rather give them away for free. Is that allowed?

Q2. Can the Torque Orc be used in commercial games? I was planning to get the adventure kit, and I wanted to to know if the Torque Orc character could be used. I would SELL these games.
