Icons on members profiles

Awhile back (I forgot when, but between now and six months ago) someone posted a thread, or maybe it was a blog that explained all the icons below a member profile that appears to the left.
It explained who actually owned an engihe, who is here just posting, who is a Garage Game employee, etc. etc.
Does anyone here know how to recover that thread or post? I know it is here buried somewhere, but I don't know where!

Red Torque Logo = T3D Pro licensee
Black Torque Logo = Licensee of any other Torque engine, including T3D Binary
Light Gray Name Tag = Community Member
Dark Gray Tag w/White Logo = Associate
Black Tag w/person logo = Community Manager
Purple Tag w/White Logo = Employee
I think there might be a special one for the founders, but I'm not sure.
