Rain missing

I updated the resource content in the mount tutorial. The rain is attached to the cloud and the cloud moves to the left as noted. However there is nor rain. The tutorials are very incomplete. Can someone help me with this?

I got it to work. Torque is very sensitive. I had to reload resources to get it to work correctly.
