Invader in XNA Review

Hello, I checked out Invader. Pretty neat. I was playing the second level for what seemed like ages and really had a hard time destroying those big gunships.

I have a question about your sounds, specifically how did you go about implementing them? Did you use the method from Kalanakis book? I don't know if I'm implementing sound right in my game because I'm noticing some lag.

No I don't use the method from the book. Basically I make one single instance of a soundgroup. Then I use the soundgroup to play a sound.

hello, hope all are well. i tried out the demo and thought it was pretty cool, got a flux from the ships on the second level, though,...vengeance shall be mine soon. i know there's some time yet but are there any plans that you might convert this to Windows Phone 7 later this year? i think it'll be cool to have in my back pocket when i upgrade my phone.

I started working on an iPhone/iPad version with iTGB. I'd love to get it on the W7 phone. By the time W7Phone comes out I'll have 2 or 3 more games ;)
