Tile Layers - Erasing Tiles Problem

Hey all, every time I go to save my tile layer in the TGB editor it deletes everything I have painted on to it. I don't know why this is happening, I have 4 tile layers in the editor and only one of them is deleting everything the rest is saving them all without erasing any tiles. Any help is greatly appreciated.
