(T3D) Export Blender to DTS with armature and muliple details

Hi everyone,
i got some kind of problem with the Blender (v2.49) DTS exporter 0.97 Beta 3. As long as my Artist is exporting the model without muliple detail shapes (there are 3 details) T3D is importing the model correct. When my Artist is exporting the model with all details only the main detail is working with the animation the other details are not attached to the animation (but displayed correct). Within Blender all is working correct.
Following shows up when exported with all details:

I/my Artist also tried to export the model as collada, then all details are working but the amature is not sitting fully correct when the animation is playing.
This is the hierachy from Blender:

Maybe someone got the same problem and could fix it, i am currently don't know where could the problem be.

the armature is on row 4 and is attached with the modifier, currios the animation is only working with that modiefiers, with the armature attached directly to the shape the whole thing is not working anymore.
Also there is a bound shape not attached to something (row 5).
Also i know that the COLLADA could handle a different naming and hierachy but with that above is only the DTS try because it looks like that the animation is not 100% correcty exported within the COLLADA exporter.

I still think you should apply those modifiers to the mesh before export.
Also, I think that the latest exporter is set up - so that you don't parent the obejcts to the detail nodes directly - but do it via the layers system - and link the info in the exporter. You should parent all the meshes to the single armature - then arrange the meshes across the layers, then in the exporter - give each layer a detail number in the exporter.
check this info on this site: jsgreenawalt.com/Blender-DTS-Exporter/documentation/dts-shape-setup-in-blender.h...
Alas I can't check as I said, I'm on an older version.

Doh! Sorry, I forgot - I'm using an older version of the exporter (don't like the new animation setup in Blender 148+). Also I need new glasses for missing that bounds object!I still think you should apply those modifiers to the mesh before export.

You are correct that the newer exporter set up the meshes within the layers (what is done), i tryed also right now to put the meshes directly to the armature ... the same as before, only the main detail is moving the both others are not moving with the bones/nodes.
Also done with all the tutorials from Greenawalt ... to bad he didn't finished them ... the section with multiple details is empty (last message 2009) ... and as i know he is not anymore supporting the exporter. I am a developer but i am not sure that i could handle it to fix the exporter if there would any bug (because that is not my base of knowledge).
