there are also some wall and terraintextures.

Maybe he needs other types, maybe he doesn't want his game look like any other game using content packs, maybe he hasn't got the cash, maybe no credit card, maybe he just wants to do his own... maybe... so on....

#9 Not bugging him, just wondering if there was something in particular that would could change that would make a difference. We have had a few people that had questions about the license, were unaware that you can get radiaclly different looks by changing the textures, etc...

If it is a price issue, that is understood.

In answer to the particular question of "why should everyone being using the content pack trees?"

It is because they are at present the best example of how to create a working Tree for the TGE.

Many, many people have spent a great deal amount of time struggling with a few of the technical issues of how to build one. Changing the textures can change the look of the trees so that unique content can be created quickly.

We get the same comments over and over about the content packs, about how they saved the purchaser hours of scouring the forums trying to find out how to make something work.

#10 I bought the pack and i'm pleased, You can get a good vareity of trees by adding different textures.

Why don't I want those damned content packs? Simple, I am using a Macintosh computer, I can't unstuff them, and I don't care for the way they look to begin with, as Xavier said, maybe some people want to make their own trees, eh?

#15 No Problem Max. We have worked with people before who are not on windows so they could get the files. I understand that you don't like the way ours look and that you want to make your own.

It was an honest question, not a sales pitch.. I was just curious.

I wish you luck in your search for models and tutorials.
