Can't log in to orginal acount

Ive looked all over the site for company feedback of how to receive my original account where I purchased a copy of TGE. It claims that my email that was setup with the account is not valid. I havent logged in the account in quite some time. Does this mean that the account is deactivated if not used? I hope this isn't true. I remade this account with the same email address, but would like to get my old back. Can anyone help?
