Crazy Marketing / Tutorial Idea

So I was watching the Unity to Shiva videos today and they gave me this crazy idea today that I think a few people might like. There are always going to be people with the "greener grass" syndrome, but they usually don't fully jump the fence because it's so much work to learn a new tool. If there was a way to make the process easier, it would almost certainly translate into sales which would, in turn, help drive the development of the product.

My idea is for someone - be it a community or in-house project - to create an app, game, whatever in the competition's tool, then make a tutorial on how to port it over to your own tool. Even something as simple as a Pac-Man or Tetris clone would be hugely beneficial. At the same time, you could use it as a "Getting Started" tutorial simply by removing the competitor's comparisons. Below is a few simple game ideas that could be used. By breaking one down to basics like a single level, simple assets, etc. it shouldn't take more than a week or so to create a demo.

Pac-Man
Tetris
Mario Brothers
Doom

In the interest of fairness and community I'm cross posting this in a couple other forums. If mods or users disapprove feel free to lock/delete this topic.
