Game crashing on startup for some people

A lot of people are reporting that my game is crashing on startup for the. I'm not sure which device they are using though. I have an iTouch gen 2 and it seems to work fine for me. I was wondering if anybody who had a gen 1 could try it for me and see if it crashes. I'd also like to try it on an iphone if anybody has one. It would be much appreciated. If it is crashing on just one particular device, how do I debug that without having that device. I would think it would perform the same on every one.

Tested on my iphone 3g and it started up fine. I tried it about 10 times.

1. Fastest cpu of the pre 3GS generation (25% faster)
2. As an ipod touch it has normally more ram available than iphones have.
I would expect the users experiencing crashes are iphone users that use their phone regularily including mail and safari and thus run low on RAM.
On such devices the RAM border (the point where you will get a significant amount of memory warnings) is at about 25MB, at 30MB you are just killed +-
if you use the instruments and add in the memory instrument to see the amount of used ram during execution you can get a feel for the amount of memory eaten by your application
