Dates are weird

I'm having an unusual bug on this site:
On chrome all the dates in the forums are messed up.

I tried using Firefox and everything was normal.

If you haven't tried it already, log out in Chrome, clear your cache and log back in. That usually fixes date issues, though this is the first time I've seen a browser specific one.
