Greetings.

The End Will be a (MMORPG) made from a big plan, this new game which needs help in creating will be one of the next best game out. The end is a Horror/Demonic Based game where the storyline begins.

Storyline:

When the player starts the game it will start off with a intro of what happened to the world.
Year 2032 On August 20th the day was just an average day with just another average life until that time.
I remember the time it happened clearly like it was yesterday the ground rose, buildings fell, humanity
lost... no warning... no war... just Death.
They rose from the ground and killed many, "they" those demons crawled out of the ground and put
everyone in despair hell broke loose.
But today, this good day, we fight back and shall claim this world as our own and not theirs!
(class dependent intro will be different for 'Human' 'Demon' 'Robot' and more deeper for 'Hell spawn' 'Hunter' 'Critter' 'Tank' 'Priest' 'Mage' 'Blood Seeker'

Each class from two different races will have there own unique skills, strengths and type of armor.
Each will have backpack's and all the other MMORPG extras.

There is no budget fair enough not many will do it for no pay. But i promise you for each person that help's get's a % of the money made and we will also have detonators to help with payment for each developer to feel comfortable.

Help me create a team to make this game real, there is no limit to how many staff we need, the more the merrier.

MMO's are a very ambitious genre to tackle- though not impossible. I would suggest reading this thread and going through the steps before looking for a team. While it seems like you have a story and background in mind for your game, the amount of content needed to provide your team is great, and just having ideas will not be nearly enough to retain a team. The thread I link to will help you see what it takes to get through the process of beginning to create an MMO. Hope it helps.

I already read the thread, i know what it takes to have a MMO as i have had my own MMO before.

You need not to worry i know exactly what i am doing. Right now i need a team to make it possible and for that we will accomplish great success. I already have many things planned and many things going into action.

Contact me if any is interested even other MMO Teams that have the same fear can come and contact me as we can all work together and unite as this will take things to the next level.

@Paul: Well, that's great. I think the best thing to do in that case would be to lay out your experience with MMOs so that you can differentiate your project from those of others. People tend to look at posts such as the above as the usual 14-year-old-with-big-dreams, but if you have the experience, then posting that along with your skillset would do wonders for your recruiting. A link to said MMO would be even better, since you might attract people who are fans of it (and as fans they'd be leaning towards your design ideas already).

I think you should brush up on your writing as well. People will make quick judgment simply based on your oral and written communications skills.
To be honest, I can't even make out the last line in your posting which is probably the most important; the part about getting paid...
