Couldn't find LAN games when not online.

Summary:
On Win2k (haven't tested any others), if ThinkTanks can't resolve the DNS of master.garagegames.com, it can't find (or won't bother looking for) LAN games either.
Problem:
I was having a problem with ThinkTanks not being able to find the games running on the other computer on my LAN or even sometimes it couldn't find the server running on the same computer!
But if I went online (with my 56k modem), the problem was solved, and it could see all LAN games. My non-modem computer could only see LAN games if the DNS server in it's TCP/IP settings was set to the the IP of the modem computer, and the modem computer was online.
When not online both computers would get stuck "searching".
(BTW: I have the TT server prefs set to "Never" contact the master server)
Solution:
Change "master.garagegames.com" in the "ThinkTanks\game\client\prefs.cs" file to that server's IP: 216.116.32.49
This change made both computers able to see LAN games regardless of online status.
Of course, this work around will break if master.garagegames.com's IP ever changes....

However, there is still a minor related issue. The mouse hangs/freezes for a moment while the server list is being loaded. (It did this in 1.02 also.) But, when the above IP workaround is in place, the mouse does not hang when servers are being looked up.
