Recharge Rate : Blue Elf

Seems the blue elf's weapon wont fire more than once.

recharge rate I think.

Hold down the "fire" button, you will see that the mana will then charge up for a nice pyro blast (the longer you hold it the more destructive it gets).

Ahh heh .. ok.

wow not gonna be to many of these running around on the battle field I think.

Badguy: The blue elf is a test character for the magic charging. We can adjust the charging rate and and number of levels for each spell. In the end the blue elf should be as good as the other elf is, just different. IMO the charging is more interesting than just waiting for the meter to go up on it's own.
