Confused on Torquescript vs C#

Is Torquescript C#? I didn't notice that the file extension is the same until I looked at the icons and noticed they all show up as C# files.

It's an unfortunate coincidence. TorqueScript is a C-like scripting language. TorqueScript is older than C# by a couple of years.
