This is the current topics planned for the torque tutorial guide. Please feel free to include any suggestions of topics you'd like to read about in regard to how to go about using torque and its tools.
This is probably the first and last call for such topic as I will have to finish it off soon.

Same here Devon. I'd be up for working on a cut-scene builder system.

Just wondering what the status of the document is? I know there's always the edit-change-edit cycle, but is it at least 70, 80 or 90% there? Enough to get value from now?

It's all well to have a complete document but valuable to the SDK owners to have something, even if it is a work in progress or draft.

Thanks guys your help would be much appreciated. I'll get cracking on some specs and designs and then i'll pass it out for feedback before starting the actual development phase.

Bil: I'd say probably 80% there unless there are drastic changes that need to be made.

Ok so for some good news. Initially I had planned to sell the guide and make some dosh. However, after getting so much feedback and seeing how much people really need this guide, I have decided to release it to the public at no charge. Yep that's right ladies and gentlement FREE. I've just been waiting for the ok from GG before telling you this.
It should be up REALLL SOON!

Hey D... just tell me how much you were planning on selling it for, and I'll send you a donation.

It's worth it that much to me... and I have an idea how much it effort it takes to compile and put all this stuff into a presentable fashion.

... Ryan, you should actually take the time to *read* the email Devon sent... :P
he says you should REPLY to his email if you really want that guide for beta testing and THEN he will send it... the file that is attached is some ICQ signature or something... (if you already did reply, forget this post :P)

I am eager to see this doc! I am hoping to write about using Poser and Vista Pro to create models and scenery.

Is there any documentation existing for how to package TGE created stuff into commercial quality stuff??

It sounds vague, but all the documentation I've seen pertains to using scripts to mod the current engine. How do I package these up into a tiny little bundle for product sale?

I'm scanning the documentation as much as possible, so if I've missed this section, I apologize in advance for not RTFM..

thanks!
