Not to mention that dev kits for xbox 360 cost 10k each.. Ps nightmare to code for and not supported by torque and Nintendo only takes established developers with published titles, uh and your money for all of course. So I doubt that many here have dev kits for any consoles.

To tell you honestly I am willing to apply as long the game story will be popularized or the game script will be done in a real game development.

Well even if you have a great Idea it does not mean that you can get it made into a game. Its hard to get other people with skills to join you and share your vision. If you dont have any skills such as modeling or animation then I suggest getting in school for game design or something of that nature. In my experience, people with Ideas and nothing else do not really have jobs in the games industry. You need to know how games are made, time lines, how art pipelines work and be able to contribute something towards that development process. Having a story or Idea makes you like thousands of other people who will never make a game. So make your dream come true, get the skills and or knowledge. Then you will have positioned yourself to succeed. Good luck!

If you can train me to get that skills that I want.

Training is something you'll have to seek out yourself via classes, books and online tutorials. The big studios don't train people from the ground up because of the time and cost involved, which means its even more unrealistic for an Indie studio to do it.
Personally I reccomend C++ Primer Plus. That's the book I had at school and I liked it. It will give you good solid understanding of the fundamentals of C++ and object oriented programming. We also have a selection of Torque centric books available in our store.
If your main interest is in console development then I suggest joining the Creator's Club if you have an Xbox 360. That will allow you to build XNA based games and deploy them to your home console for testing.
