Help!.....Scoring of the Whack-A-Mole Game......

Good Day!
Will somebody help me with my problem?
As I decided that my project for this sem will be gaming which I really got interested to it. And now I'm using the TGB Tool which my instructor instructed and introduced to me. As a beginner, I got interested with the tool tutorials in whack a mole game. So far I already made the interfaces and other requirements but i have my problem in scoring.
Can anyone gave me how to put score on it? the codes.... and still looking for the solutions when I hitted the mole with its color ,like red, it should proceed to the next level and correspond with a score. Huhuhu... I try it but still it didn't work.... pls..... anyone?....................
