For your scripts, just zip the contents of the folder you wish, (don't zip up the actual folder, just what's inside) name the zip the same as the folder and tgea will do the rest.

I don't think textures/models work in zips tho. (I could be mistaken tho) Scripts work fine.
Delete your actual folder after zipping and torque will load the zip.

Textures and models work in a 3.1 game that I make Add-ons for, so I think it should work now, unless that engine was edited. But I really don't understand the question ...
