Cannot Resize Text

I am trying part of adding in the score, but I can not get the box re-sized. I tried playing with drop downs (HorizSizing and VerSizing) and grabbing the text box outline to stretch it. I just can not seem to enlarge the box and font, like the web page shows. Could I be missing something?
