Environmental Mapping in TGE

I assigned an environmental map in 3dsMax and then exported to .dts.
But my environmental map is not showing on my model.

I use Maya and this is how I get it to work, so hopefully there's some kind of equivalent for it in Max. I assign a blinn shader to what I want env mapped, then I adjust the reflectivity attribute to 1.
In showtool, you can then preview the environment map if you assign it.
To get it to work in engine, just make sure the environment map is appended to your skybox dml file between the skybox textures and the cloud textures.
