Email addresses on profiles

Hi guys, copy and paste email addresses from your site adds (null) to the start - is this a nice security feature to stop people getting spammed by bots? Sometimes I forget to remove the null text when I'm emailing people and get a bounceback, nothing major, in case it was a bug on your site.
