RTS VIEW IN THE WORLD EDITOR

Hi,
I need to know if there is any chance to change the world editor to RTS view perspective, I find it very diffucult to make maps in an FPS view or person view etc. If i can get it to be an RTS view i'd be happy, but don't know if there i an source for it or have to code it that why. I get alone fine somehow it this 1 person view, but i am not comfortable with it.
