Proposal For Strong Game Developers (Especially Game Programmers)

I want to tell you this is just a proposal for the creation of game development team.The formation of the team will rely only on those interests person we will create a strong team of game developers or game will be publish globally.I like criticism but criticism with no solution to the problem is not sufficient.
Team name: Actually the there is not yet team name,the team name will be decided of those interested persons.
Project name: Actually the there is not yet project name,the project name will be decided of those interested persons.
Brief description: The main plan of the to be created team is to create popular PC and console games that will be popular world or globally.This games will be based on the scripts on the 5 game scripts,of course will will start from very simple to complicated or difficult.Our first game to be created will be based on the anime,this is anime-based 2d fighting games,this will revive 2d fighting games sequel.Our aim is to create popular games globally.
Target aim: Retail or Mass Distribution/Publishing
Compensation: The compensation will be shared after the game is developed the first game will be developed inn just few months after we will have a fund to invest to another game to be developed.
Technology: The PC and Console Technology,this our main aim to create games both for pc and console video game systems.
Talent needed: Many talents in regard to game development

Game Designer
Sound Producer
The others will be mention when the team is officially announced
Team structure: As of now there is no team structure,it will be announced the next forum posting when the team is officially created.

This is about the game story of the game you know the fact that if there is no game scripts there is no game development.In order to have a game development you need first to create a game script or game story for the games.Hope you are willing to work with me and let`s build up a strong team.

I'd take David's advice Eric. You seem a bit inexperienced to bootstrap your own team with no game idea of your own.
