Missing Posts

I was glancing through the T3D private forums, looking for a thread I have on my watch list to see if it had gotten bumped to the second page, but I couldn't find it. It was only a day old, and it wasn't on the second page, or third... then I noticed that the last post on page 1 was posted at about 8PM, while the first post on page 2 was posted at noon the same day. That's an 8 hour period of missing posts! And sure enough, I looking at my watched thread and its post time was 6PM, right in the gap.

So the thread still exists, since I can click the watched thread and see it. But it just isn't getting displayed for a time as it goes from the first page to the second. I'm wondering if it has something to do with the 10 sticky posts... perhaps there are 10 missing posts in the 8 hour gap?
