Immediately need help: THEORA VIDEO

Basically, here goes:

I have a presentation this Thursday. I need this done before then.
I posted over a week ago regarding this but I can't seem to find someone who can help:

I want to play video in TGE . (actually, using AFX 2.0 with Torque 1.5.2)

I have Theora Video playing in my game when you enter a trigger.
The sound does play.
But the sound sucks. Its low. and its just not good.
Even loud videos don't sound right.

I need to hire you to take two files from me: a video with no sound, and a separate, clear mp3 or .wav sound file.

And I need you to fix my trigger so that when the player enters it, the video plays along with the separate sound file. But if he / she hits the button to exit the trigger, then it stops the video and the sound also.

I have not had a good experience with ALX in Torque so far which is why i need to hire someone who understands sound in TGE.

I could pay you two different ways:

1. Just tell me what to do
2. You do it and then send the whole file to me

I would prefer option 1.
