Sound Effect : RFP (Request For Product)

I have a Simple suit of Copyright sounds that I cannot use in the final product (place holders for dev.)

I need to provide these freely available sounds to someone,
who can recreate a Like sound.

We will need to Own the sounds.

mostly sound effects but a couple jingles.

once the person hears what we need I need a Estimate of cost.
