error in player soft skin dts tutorial?

I'm trying to export player.dts from garagegames player tutorial when i export apply unmessdts and run the show tool and the model work with all the animation but isn't the highter level of detail of the mesh.(for this i think that values in object properties for lod are wrong
when i try with the game the game crash.
I have added the same sequence of the default fps player and now it run also in game but always low level of detail and without animation.
i think due to the fact that in show tool animations work that skinned player and default fps player have the same number and names for bones.
i haven't this problem with non skinned mesh but all my models are unique meshes.
i have follow the tutorial and this is the result.
Please can someone upload a corrected tutorial and/or working softskin player.max file?
