Is the Synapse Gaming Lighting Pack no longer available? I see a toggle in Show Tool Pro for TGE for it.
I know that Pure Light is available now, but it will be another few months before I can afford it.

I have 1.5.2... so yes, I guess I do have it. How do you "access" it? is it just accessed by placing custom lights, are are there overall ambient level lighting options that you have.

If I remember correctly, all the lighting pack did was improve on the lighting and shadows. There wasn't anything added, just fixed up a whole lot.

cool. Yeah ok that explains it. my stuff looks like crap in Show Tool Pro unless I check the SYNAPSE LIGHTING PACK toggle. But in my 1.5.2 game the lighting is much better by default.

Yeah - there are specific lights. There's a new menu when you go into the world editor that lets you modify the lights.

There's the light editor in the world editor. (I think you hit f12 to get to it.) It's a little confusing, but it simple makes the datablocks that your sg lights use.

But, the lighting pack only changed how lighting worked internally in TGE, it wasn't an external lighting solution like Pure Light.
