Hey guys I just tried to go into the burg mission and when I hit my Alt + P all I get are pink and green 1024 x 768 images:(

Is anyone else having this issue?

Nope, looks okay at my end.

Try Alt+H to hide the HUD and then LeftCTRL+P, see if there's any difference.

This one was logged previously as TQA-455 and is fixed in 1.1 Beta 2.

Wanna bet?

On freshly updated system and virgin checkout of the beta I actually get these green (and sometimes pink screenshots) on an older comp (a laptop) of mine. Only happening on the one machine so I expect it has something to do with the video hardware -- a nVidia 7150m -- which totally suxxors for Torque3D anyway.

I think this is pink.... ;)

This problem seems to randomly occur for me from build to build. Some builds I can take screenshots... others I get a pink or green snapshot -- but still only occurs on the one machine when it happens.

The only way we were able to reproduce while testing the previous release was by using an outdated DX SDK or video driver. Can you send me a dxdiag report of the computer it's happening on? Also, was this against the repo or the packaged release?

Here you go -- linked to a Google Doc given the length.

The laptop in question was recently updated to use the Jun2010 DirectX SDK, and I've used both the nVidia and HP supplied (nearly 3 years old) display drivers, but the issue still only appears on random builds. It's actually more accurate to say that with random builds I can take a screenshot.

This machine has always had this problem even when using TGE + MK awhile back. It currently has an old project that is up-to-date with the Repo and a project testing bed using the Beta 2 release - both give me the pastel screen shots. It's my low-end testing machine so wasn't really concerned but did want to show that some machines can still exhibit this problem.

A bit of a follow up. Apparently setting usage of DirectX runtime to debug is what triggers the random green/pink screenshots. Problem does not occur after toggling back to Retail mode on this computer. Still strange that it only affected random builds on this one particular hardware setup -- but problem solvable.
